drink red wine and live a long life - if you insist!

New Hints Seen That Red Wine May Slow Aging

Exactly what I need to hear. I knew my love affair with red wine was more than just infatuation. And I get to live longer? Positive health benefits that will give me more time to experience new and wonderful wines!

It's all about Resverstol; the key ingredient found in the skin of grapes, that may be the answer to why the French enjoy certain foods and have a low rate of heart disease.

pasta tonight, what are we drinking?

Recommendation: 2005 Castello di Monsanto Chianti Classico Riserva

Price: $19.99

What can I say. The wine tastes good. It's reasonably priced, easy to get, and Italian. Meets all of my requirements. Get a bottle. You will not be disappointed.

Robert Parker review - 90 points. If you are not convinced yet, go online and see many "technical" reviews. For me, it's all about a certain style and taste: old school, full body, rich and red.

Can't describe it like the experts but I'm buying a case of this one. Enjoy!

a gret teasting reasonably priced brunello

I'm a brunello lover however lately I've found that some of them are missing the complexies of the earlier years -not to mention the price. I've also found very good chianti's and tuscan wines that are rich and reasonably priced. That's another post.

Try La Velona (2002-Brunello di Montalcino)- Ever order from K&L Wine Merchants? Their web site is informative and well designed considering that most wine sites are lacking in this area.

Enjoy!
